Weekly rental rates: from €1850 to €2500 (euros).

For couples who only need the main flat, the weekly rent is reduced by €200. The guest flat remains locked and unoccupied during the rental.
One week minimum let. Saturday to Saturday preferred.
No more than four adults and two children.
No smoking indoors.
Check-in after 17.00. Check-out before 11.00.
Four hours' weekly cleaning (compulsory) included in the rental. Linen changed once a week.
Longer lets are available by arrangement.
Damage deposit: €750, which will be returned within one week of departure, subject to there being no damage, breakages etc., or exceptionally high electricity or gas consumption
Final exit cleaning: €150, also payable in advance - to be added to the rental and the deposit.
Booking: Receipt of 50% of the full rental fee (including deposit and cleaning fee) confirms the booking, with the other 50% to be sent no later than five weeks before arrival.
Booking is considered confirmed when the 50% payment has been received.
75% refund of the total rental fee up to three months of arrival date, then
50% refund of the total rental fee from three months to one month of arrival date
0% refund thereafter, but it is possible to carry the fee forward for a future booking within 12 months, taking into account seasonal differences to the rate. This booking option is available for three months after cancellation.
On cancellation, the €750 deposit and the exit cleaning fee are refunded in full
If another tenant is found for the reserved period a further 25% is refunded.
Factsheets with details of directions, transport etc. will be sent before arrival.
There is a four-door Skoda Fabia (manual gearshift) at the property which can be hired for €30 a day. A further damage deposit of €750 is required for this, together with a copy of driving licences. If you have read the website details carefully you will remember that there are two narrow passages in Grimaldi which are easier to manage in a smaller car.
